Hi Maton team! I really appreciate your product and work on this. Im currently running into two things with Squarespace, second one is bigger.

Squarespace connections die a few hours after auth. Connection 9b1309ad-dc3f-40d8-8e5c-0be9aa0de6a9 (created 2026-08-31) has been reconnected 4+ times this month. Calls work for ~30 min after authorizing, then everything to gateway.maton.ai/squarespace/… comes back 401 AUTHORIZATION_ERROR. 30 min is Squarespace’s access-token lifetime, so I’m guessing the refresh either isn’t firing or isn’t saving the rotated refresh token (Squarespace rotates it on every use, easy one to get bitten by). Can you check the refresh path for that connection, and whether it’s Squarespace-wide?

Status stays ACTIVE after the token is dead. I log every non-ACTIVE connection, and over 14 days the only statuses I’ve seen come back are PENDING and a single FAILED, never anything on a connection whose token had died. Connections I know for a fact were 401ing on every call still read ACTIVE. So GET /connections tells me a dead connection is fine indefinitely, I show it as connected, and it fails on everything.
Is there a status that means “this grant is dead”? If so it doesn’t seem to be getting set. If not, either of these would sort it:
A terminal status when a refresh permanently fails or the provider 401s a refresh attempt
Or a liveness field on the record (last_successful_call_time,token_health). Anything that separates “the record exists” from “the token works”
Patched around it for now: reconnect just revokes and recreates instead of trusting ACTIVE. Gets people unstuck but I’m firing blind, can’t tell which ones actually need it.
Happy to send connection IDs, timestamps, log excerpts, whatever’s useful. Thanks!
