[Bug] microsoft-to-do integration error: GET /me responds normally, but GET /me/todo/lists consistently returns HTTP 500 “UnknownError”. Reproduced even after deleting and recreating the connection, redoing OAuth2 auth, and clearing browser cookies. Tried create_connection with method=MCP and got a 400 error: “Invalid method MCP for app microsoft-to-do. Supported methods: OAUTH2.” Account: nitntie@daum.net
